How much is shipping?

We charge one flat rate for shipping across Australia $9.95 and we use Shippit. Once you have purchased from us you will receive text messages from Shippit that will update you on the delivery status of your item. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of your purchase. Once dispatched, please allow up to 5 business days for your purchase to arrive via Shippit.

Can I return for an exchange or refund?

Due the health regulations we cannot accept sleepwear items for return or exchange that have been worn - unless they are being returned due to a fault. We are happy to accept returns for exchange or a credit note that have not been worn. We do not refund - unless your item is faulty. Our policy is consistent with retailer obligations under the ACL.
